CycleFest is a free community celebration to celebrate cycling and empower more people to choose a healthy, fun way to move around the city.

CycleFest is a one-day downtown celebration designed to:

Expand access to cycling for youth and families.

Support equity in active transportation.

Strengthen Calgary’s bike community.

 

 

Hosted by Youth en Route, a Calgary-based charity empowering youth through cycling, CycleFest brings together local businesses, bike shops, adaptive cycling organizations, and community partners.

Join YYCycleFEST 2026 as a Trade Show participant and connect directly with Calgary’s cycling, sustainability, mobility, and community-minded audiences.

Our Trade Show is a great opportunity for local businesses, nonprofits, cycling organizations, artists, advocacy groups, and community partners to showcase their products, services, initiatives, and programs during one of Calgary’s most exciting cycling and active transportation events.

By participating in YYCycleFEST, you’ll help support community connection, cycling education, sustainable transportation, and youth empowerment through active mobility.

What are the guided tours?

Guided tours are organized group rides led by experienced ride leaders. These tours provide a welcoming way for participants to explore cycling routes around Calgary while riding with others in a supportive environment

Do I need to bring my own bike?

Participants are encouraged to bring their own bike if they plan to participate in guided rides or cycling activities.
